How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@chapterworldwide.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll respond with return instructions and a return authorization (RMA).

Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
