Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time & Costs
We offer worldwide shipping via trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees start at €15 / $17 USD per order, regardless of package weight or size. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Chapter and its suppliers will provide all required documentation to help expedite customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are insured for a base amount of €30. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@chapter.com, and we will help you resolve the issue.
Non-Delivery & Returned Shipments
If a package is unclaimed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, a return shipping and handling fee of €45 / $55 USD will be charged or deducted from any refund issued.
